Seminar Series: November 2025

The second seminar this academic year will be hosted by Cecilia Gallego Rubio in Oxford.  

Cecilia has invited Dr Jenny Molloy from the University of Cambridge. Jenny’s talk titled ‘DNA Parts to Partnerships: Open Source Tech to Accelerate
Synthetic Biology and Local Reagent Manufacturing’ will take place on at 3pm on Tuesday 25th November in the Dorothy Crowfoot Hodgkin Building.

Seminar Series: October 2025

The EngBio CDT is excited to announce the launch of a new seminar series, which is hosted, organised, and run by the EngBio CDT students!

 

For our first session, Maria from Bristol and Natasha from Oxford are hosting speakers Karandeep Bhogal and Sami Walter from Oxford Science Enterprises. Taking place on Friday 17th October 2025 from 3pm to 5pm, the seminar will discuss how to prepare for investor meetings, network with fellow aspiring entrepreneurs, and will give feedback on attendees’ elevator pitches.
